10 years ago, when LED light is popular, our founder start to research the LED Machine Light. Firstly, we are using some public module to make the light, but the quality is no good. For machine light, waterproof is very important. So we start to create our own module to ensure the quality. After 11 years, we are finally creating our own products module. All our products are made to our own module and choose the good quality material. So they are not only with good waterproof but also resistant coolant and lubricants, and oil-proof.
There are 5 -10 people in the R&D department. Some of them are responsible to research and design new products. We push at least one new product every year.
And the others are focused on the testing of products. If they found any problems with products, they will find the best way to update the products to finally ensure the quality.
The Factory includes producing offices, workshops, QC team, packing team, etc. For the QC team, normally, it is 3-5 people. And the packing team is around 5 people. 20-30 people in producing line, and other department is around 10 people, totally is around 50 people.
Normally, the order will be arranged for production the next day, except for the hot season and special. Because all the goods need to take 4 hours of aging testing, so it will need 3-5 working days.
